Tony Fernandes - Founder of theUEgroup with 20 years of user interface and usability experience. Previously, Tony founded Netscape's User Experience Group and the Apple/Claris Human Interface Group. Experience in medical areas includes Computer Assisted Surgery, surgical devices, implants, minimally invasive surgery, navigated guidance, patient monitoring, end-user web sites, IFUs, and patient devices. |

Sarah Garcia- A usability researcher with a background in market research. Sarah brings business and marketing savvy to the research she takes on. She is experienced with both onscreen and device usability. Her medical experience includes simulation of clinical environments, onsite clinical research, and the design of injection devices. |

Kathy Fernandes - A project manager with a Business Management Degree from the University of Massachusetts. Kathy worked for many years in the financial services industry developing Quality Improvement Systems and managing large and complex projects. Jennifer Chaffee - A visual designer with over 20 years of experience in the field of interface design. Jennifer's career experience includes Hewlett-Packard where she helped to develop the look of "Motif," a user interface for Unix, and Apple where she designed the 3D look and feel of Mac OS 8. Her medical experience includes designs for Computer Assisted Surgery, patient monitoring, spinal and surgery navigated guidance. |

Anna-Karin Söderström - An interaction and industrial designer whose Master's thesis was "Advanced Surgical User Interfaces." Anna brings her industrial design talent to bear on device form factors, disposables, and onscreen experiences alike. Her medical experience includes Computer Assisted Surgery GUI design, Neuro disposable designs, surgical instrument design, device labeling, and IFUs. |

His work includes a diverse set of projects from Hollywood movie premiers with flash games, to new product launches, and interactive advertising.
